Freedom
I'm 37, single, and living with my parents after leaving a career I spent 15 years building. On paper, that sounds like a setback. It's the most intentional decision I've ever made. I'm documenting what it actually looks like to start over — not the polished version, the one where you figure it out as you go.
Real Estate
I've been deep in the world of real estate investing — underwriting deals, attending investor conferences, building relationships with people who are serious about it. If that's you, I want to connect. This isn't a side interest. It's a core part of how I'm building income that doesn't require me to trade my time for it.
